I sit in my hammock, listening to the birds and my instrumental praise music. A ladybug lands inside, bright red. She crawls around, and through the mesh, she can observe an outline of trees and grass. An adventure she can sense but not truly see.
I gently lift her up and out, and she flies away to more beauty than she would ever know if she stayed in the hammock.
As lovely as my life is, we see only as through a shrouded hammock, a dim, cloudy glass. But one day soon, He who is faithful will carry us up and out and we will fly away to life unimaginable. Maranatha.

“For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.”
